Terms of use

Last updated 21 October 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use NaVi Vocab. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them with our privacy notice.

2. Who we are

[Owner: the legal name and postal address of the person or company responsible] runs NaVi Vocab. You can reach us at support@navivocab.com.

3. Who can use NaVi Vocab

Accounts are for adults: parents and tutors. A child uses NaVi Vocab through a profile their parent creates, with the parent's permission. A tutor sees a child's progress only after the parent approves.

4. Price

NaVi Vocab is free for founding families until 31 July 2027. We take no payment and ask for no card details. Before we ever charge, we'll tell you the price and you'll choose whether to subscribe. Nothing is charged automatically.

5. Your part

  • Keep your sign-in details safe.
  • Choose a password for your child that others can't guess.
  • Add only words and lists you have the right to use. A school list for your own child is fine.
  • Don't misuse NaVi Vocab: don't try to break it, reach other families' data, or use it to send anything unwanted.

6. Our words and questions

The words, meanings, examples and questions are prepared with AI and checked before children see them, but mistakes can slip through. If you spot one, tell us and we'll fix it. They belong to NaVi Vocab; you may use them for your family's or your pupils' learning.

7. No promise of exam results

NaVi Vocab helps children learn and remember words. It can't promise an 11+ result or any exam score.

8. Changes and availability

NaVi Vocab is new and we improve it often. We aim to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. If we make a change that matters to you, including to these terms, we'll tell you by email first.

9. Stopping

You can stop using NaVi Vocab and ask us to close your account at any time (see Your account and data). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.

10. Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under UK law, or limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
